The Art Apartments acts as intermediary between tourists (hereinafter referred to as: Clients) and apartments tourist's services providers (apartment owners, bus companies, city guides) enabling Clients to search and book tourist services as accommodation, airport transfer, sightseeing tour etc. The Art Apartments service is free of charge. The parties of the booking agreement are solely Client and the service provider. By clicking "book" button you agree on this regulation becomes the part of the agreement between You and the service provider.

1. Booking procedure step - by - step.

1.1. In order to make a reservation you have to fulfill the necessary fields on the reservation form, declaring the apartment reserved, the number of people staying and the date of reservation. Kids under 5 years old do not have to pay unless an extra bedding is needed. In case of two kids under 5, they count as one person.

1.2. By clicking on „book" button the Client concludes with the apartment's owner the "provisional" booking agreement. A "provisional" reservation is automatically transformed into „final" reservation under condition of payment of the booking deposit according to the rules below. Client receives all data necessary to make a payment in an e-mail generated by the system forthwith after "book" button was clicked.

1.3. Client is obliged to make a booking deposit equal to the 30% of the total amount of the reservation's value. Payment may be done, according to the decision of the Client and the possibility of chosen apartment, by bank transfer or credit card. We recommend the latter.

a) credit card payment. If the credit card payment is chosen, Client has to make payment within one hour according to the instructions received in confirmation e- mail.

b) If the bank transfer method is chosen, the transfer must be confirmed by Client within 72 hours by clicking on the link received in the confirmation e-mail or the reservation will be automatically cancelled. The booking is considered to be ‘confirmed'.

1.4. The booking is considered to be ‘final' if the on-line payment system confirm automatically that the payment was received by the owner. It may take up to 30 minutes. In case of bank transfer the booking is ‘final' if the owner of the apartment confirms the transfer.

1.5. If booking is final Client receives a voucher with all necessary data, contact details to the apartment owner, etc. The voucher shall be given to the person giving the keys to the apartment.

1.6. The amount remaining to pay (difference between total value of the booking and the deposit) Client has to pay to the owner at check-in.

2. Last minute reservation. Last minute reservation does not require a booking deposit, however the payment may be made in advance. Last minute reservation means a reservation made less than 72 hours before arrival date. In this case Client must confirm the last minute reservation by phone or e-mail directly with the owner within two hours from booking moment. If the booking is made between 21 p.m. - 8.00 a.m. CET the booking shall be confirmed the term extends to the next day 10.00 a.m. CET. If the confirmation is not made the reservation will be cancelled. The payment of the whole amount shall be done at check - in to the apartment owner.

3. Changes to the booking. All changes to the bookings might be done only through Art Apartments Web portal, with permission of the owner.

4. Conditions of the stay.

4.1. The number of people who are to stay at the apartment is limited to the number specified in the voucher. In case of any extra people, Client is obliged to contact the Art Apartments crew by phone or by e-mail beforehand. If the number of people exceeds the number specified in the voucher the person responsible for handing the keys may refuse to give the keys to the apartment.

4.2. Basically check-in time is between 14:00 and 22:00, check out time is 12:00, however these arrangements can be changed with the owner or the person responsible for handing the keys.

4.3. Client has to inform the owner about approximated time of arrival at least a one day before arrival date.

4.4. Some owners require to fulfill the registration card . If requested Client is obliged to do so.

4.5. The guest is obliged to observe the rules of good neighborliness in particular the night quiet time (10 p.m. - 6.00 a.m.) and to keep the object in the found state. In case of reported breach of this provision the owner may terminate the rental contract without notice.

4.6. Before the guest checks out they have a duty to wash the kitchen utensils as this is not included in the final clean-out service. The guest is obliged to inform the person responsible for handing the keys about possible defects and faults found in the accommodations as well as to report damage caused by them during the stay. The guest shall cover all the costs connected with the damage and its removal.

5. Prices and payments.

5.1. All prices are stated In the Polish currency (PLN) and include VAT .

5.2. Client is obliged to pay only the amount stated In a voucher. Bed linen and towels are provided in all of our apartments. There is no extra charge for this.

5.3. The price may not include a local tourism tax (if applicable) which will be charged by the owner.

5.4. Some owners require a cash deposit of 100 EUR against the damages. In such case appropriate note is visible on the web page relating to this apartment.

6. Personal data. The personal data of clients will be processed only for the purposes of executing the rental agreement will be not disclosed to any third person. Data processing will compliant to the Polish and European personal data protection laws.

7. Complaints. Should Client have any complaint on the Art Apartments service, an e-mail shall be sent on reklamacje@art-apartmets.eu e-mail address.

8. Liability. Client is responsible for truthfulness of the personal data provided to the owner. The apartment owner is responsible for reliable description of the apartment.

9. Governing law and forum. All matters regarding this regulation and it's interpretation and/or enforcement shall be governed by Polish laws.
